These two hard rocking bands are finishing the Florida leg of their current tour with stops at Revolution in Ft. Lauderdale Friday and House of Blues in Orlando Sunday night.
Flogging Molly is heavily influenced by the sounds lead singer Dave King grew up with in Dublin, Ireland. Mix in a little punk attitude and you have what has become one of the best live club acts in the country for the last five years. As Fast As is a solid straight ahead rock band that gets the crowd moving. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.

If you know anything about The Smiths you’ll know from this band’s name that they’re a Smith Tribute band, and a very good one at that. Based out of San Francisco, this 5 piece plays nothing but Smiths and Morrisey covers. Orlandissy takes the helm as the Morrissey front man, sounding and moving just as Moz does.
They played an hour and a half set that covered everything from How Soon is Now to Boy With the Thorn in His Side. The newly remodeled Boardners outdoor stage was packed with fans of the Smiths, who knew every song, without a care that this wasn’t the real thing. These guys nailed it and had a good time doing it too. Next time This Charming Band is in your area go see them whether you're a Smiths fan or not.
